Summer Daze

With the heat soaring up into the 90's, I thought it was time to repost about hydration.





There's nothing more important than staying hydrated during these hot summer months.  Put a delicious and healthy "spin" on water by adding fresh cut fruit.  One of the best things you can do for your child's health is to encourage them to drink lots of water.
