Fun Food!

Kids love pizza! Kids love making food! For a special treat, my Sweet Peas like to make their own personalized mini-pizzas.  We flatten out refrigerator biscuits; then everyone creates their own specialty with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.   I use store-bought pizza sauce from a jar, but I blend in spinach leaves and a few broccoli sprigs to make sure that healthy greens are included.

Round out the meal with carrot sticks garnished with ranch sauce, and peanut butter apple smiles for a fun and healthy lunch!
